General Counsel of important multinational companies, mainly in the fashion sector, deals with business contracts (and in particular franchising, distribution, licenses, joint ventures, etc.) with particular regard to internationalization processes, as well as the strategic management of Intellectual Property.

Speaker at seminars and conferences on topics relating to Business Contracts and Brand Protection in Italy and abroad, he founded Studio Rozzi & Consulmarchi. He is a teacher at ISIA Pescara Design in Intellectual Property Protection.
